No private car charters are possible between LA, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo, per Amtrak rules.
There are limited charters available for groups up to 20 to San Diego, Seattle, Chicago, New Orleans and a few intermediate points on the Tioga Pass and Pacific Sands.
